Ron and I are finally settled in to our new home and I wanted to write to thank you for all you did to get us here. You had the utmost patience with us as we embarked on the quest to find our first home together and, as we said along the way, we just could not have done it without you.
Buying a house has to be the largest purchase and investment we will ever make. You have an extensive knowledge of the market and we never would have found our house without your guidance. You gave us a great perspective on both the advantages and disadvantages of every property we looked at—your suggestions were thoughtful, careful, and so helpful. You truly guided us through the process with such a professional, steady hand. I wonder if every home-buyer has as many concerns as we did—regardless of the importance, the time of day or night, you were always available to us. Your attention to detail was such an asset; from the time we decided to make an offer all the way through the settlement, your advice and concern for making us the first priority was such a reassurance.

Dear Dan, I can’t thank you enough for all of
your help in putting us in our first new

predictable. You fully explained all of
the steps in the home buying process
before we started and constantly updated
us about where we stood in the process.
As a result, my husband and I felt very

to help and provided me with answers and
